Empty Pool

When I lived in Guernsey, I walked one block to the post office every day and passed the public pool.  They drained it in the winter (which really begins in autumn), of course, and left this ladder to nowhere and scuffed blue paint that ranged from nearly white to turquoise.

  1. I have a similar picture after a snowstorm: the same ladder to nowhere - but without those colors. You really capture color well.
