I had an appointment in Guernsey yesterday, and though all morning I was dreading the thought of driving in the snow, I was overcome when I stepped outside and saw the way everything looked laced with the first snow of the season. I snapped this in front of my house, looking down the sidewalk. The snow was so fresh and undisturbed and it was truly magical.
