I took these photos a few years ago when I was visiting my family in South Carolina. We live close to a beautiful state park through which a river flows. It's a magical place, where even in the winter you can see Saw Palmettos growing from logs, egrets peeking from behind cypress knees, and Spanish moss dripping from otherwise nude trees.
