Autumn Hike

The leaves have all fallen here in Pennsylvania, but technically it is still autumn.  I took these on a hike a few weeks ago, when the weather was a little warmer and the afternoons were golden.  Truly, I like that part of autumn.  I'm still learning to like this part, when everyday you look to make sure it hasn't snowed, and you walk outside and then right back in again to get mittens and a hat.

Tomorrow is Thanksgiving here in America and I want to wish all of you a lovely holiday.  Even if you are visiting the blog from abroad, I hope your life is filled with things to be thankful for.

2016 Wall Calendar

I'm so excited to share my new calendar with you.  It's the first I have ever made.  I worked with a printer here in Pittsburgh to make it a reality, and I'm so pleased with how they came out.

This limited edition calendar (only 40 made) was inspired by the joy we can find in nature's pleasures.  Here are the details:

Dimensions - 11x18

Seven pages, perforated at the top so you can tear them off and save them.

Hand-numbered (by me) on the front.

Includes two metal grommets at the top so you can hang it on your wall.

It's available in my shop and you can pick one up in person this weekend at the Wings and Wildlife Art Show at the National Aviary here in Pittsburgh.  I'll be by the penguins!
